Barbara was an English teacher before joining Good Life Broadcasting in 2006. She loves her job as host of Welcome Home because it introduces her to incredibly interesting and passionate people who love the Lord and are invested in serving Him in unique and powerful ways. Barbara also ministers at the station as Director of Content and Relationship Development. Her heart is to work with the Good Life team to develop eternally significant content and give viewers the opportunity to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ. A part of her role at the station which she tremendously enjoys is nurturing and fostering relationships with station partners and viewers. She loves speaking at events and getting to know other Christians.

"It truly is a joy to serve at Good Life 45. To see others grab hold of the hope we have in Christ is so encouraging and makes every day feel more like ministry than work. It is not an easy journey for any of us, but if we are faithful, it is one which offers us many blessing as we draw closer to our Savior each day." One of Barbara's favorite verses of Scripture is from Proverbs 3:5,6 "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not unto your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths."
